New Microsoft Windows Phone 7 Adverts Deliver Mixed Message

One would think that will all the commotion over Microsoft launching Windows Phone 7, any adverts for said devices would actually promote using said handsets, but it appears that with Windows Phone 7, Microsoft is kind of sending out a mixed message.

We have for your viewing consideration a couple of new Microsoft Windows Phone 7 adverts which come our way courtesy of Kat Hannaford over at Gizmodo, and somewhat let’s people know that maybe they should be using their smartphones less.

The simple catchphrase to these Windows Phone 7 adverts is “It’s time for a phone to save us from our phones,” So what is Microsoft really getting at here? Do they want us to use our smartphones less or just use a Windows Phone 7 smartphone more?

The two Windows Phone 7 videos we have for you below deliver the same message, although you may have seen the first one before, so check them out and let us know what you think of Microsoft’s promotion tactics with Windows Phone 7…enjoy.
