Apple iPad Guinness World Records App Launched
If you are a follower of record breakers and own an Apple iPad you may like to know that Guinness World Records has launched a new application especially for the Apple iPad and should be available in the App Store as of the 16th of December.
The new Guinness World Records: At Your Fingertips App for iPad delivers to the user a “multi-layered app” featuring and abundance of record content, colour photos and full screen videos with all images and videos and interactive content especially chosen to make the most of the Apple iPad fingertip functionality.
Furthermore with the Guinness World Records: At Your Fingertips App and for the first time ever, users will be able to attempt and set Guinness world records right from their iOS device with 3 new challenges having been designed just for the Apple iPad.
The 3 challenges that give the opportunity to become a Guinness world record holder are…the fastest 100m on an iPad, whereby the user takes on the world’s fastest man and attempt to break his 9.58 second record. The fastest alphabet backwards, which is fairly self explanatory and the longest sequence memorised which is a memory endurance test.
Games in the Guinness World Records challenge enable the Apple iPad user to fight each other in a bid to gain the world record title with leaderboards for every record challenge hosted on the Guinness World Records website where you can gain further information. The Guinness World Records: At Your Fingertips App for iPad will cost £2.99 once it hits iTunes tomorrow.
