Top Fitness iOS Apps for New Year

The there’s Fitness Library for the Apple iPad, both being $25 complete books with Fitness Library offering over 100 exercises and stretches which have been oversee by a Certified Personal Trainer with a degree in Kinesiology and costs $4.99 from iTunes.

Lastly there’s Yoga Library for the Apple iPad which delivers in ecess of 100 Yoga poses and features stunning full HD Yoga photos that can deliver motivation by offering the picture perfect pose and has been supervised by 2 500 hour registered Yoga Alliance teachers and cost $4.99 from iTunes.
