The Consumer Electronics Show 2012 in Las Vegas officially kicks off tomorrow the 10th, an event where many will be showing off what they will be delivering to the mobile space this year, and we get a little early look at one such device today, the Acer Iconia Tab 2012, an Android Ice Cream Sandwich tablet.

The guys over at Slash Gear were able to get an early peek of the new 10-inch Android 4.0 slate from Acer and we have a quick video of the next generation Acer Iconia Tab for your viewing pleasure below.

The Acer Iconia Tab 2012 sports a 1920 x 1200 pixels display, which is said to be impressive and working like IPS, and runs an NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad core processor, a 5 megapixel rear facing camera, micro HDMI and micro USB ports, and a 9800mAh battery.

In the short video below you’ll get to see the Acer Iconia Tab 2012 running a movie along with a couple of games in 1080p and you get to see the stylised back of the Android 4.0 slate as well and looks to be a step up in Android tablets for Acer.
