LG reveals new Optimus L Android smartphone line

It appears that LG has a new range of smartphones up their sleeve and have revealed the new line ahead of Mobile World Congress 2012 in Barcelona and that new range is the LG Optimus L range of which the company has delivered details on three new handsets the LG Optimus L7, LG Optimus L5 and LG Optimus L3.

According to the guys over at Android Community the top handset of the three is the LG Optimus L7 smartphone that packs a 4.3-inch touch screen, an unspecified processor and runs Android Ice Cream Sandwich and features the same styling as the LG PRADA 3.0 and has a 1500mAh battery.

Then there is the LG Optimus L5, a mid-range handset with a 4-inch touch screen and again running Android 4.0 and as with the Optimus L7 has a 1500mAh battery and leather effect back and metal highlights as with the Optimus L7.

Lastly there is the LG Optimus L3, an Android 2.3 Gingerbread handset with a 3.2-inch touch screen, and it appear that LG is keeping mum for the time being on the processors, camera, and other details on all these new Android devices.

Of course as MWC 2012 kicks off soon in Barcelona we should hear more about these new devices from LG then and as soon as we do we will of course pass it along.
