HTC One X possible release date revealed

I’m sure most are aware that during Mobile World Congress 2012 in Barcelona HTC showcased their new One series of Android smartphones, the top one of which is the HTC One X, and the word was the HTC One X would surface for the public sometime in Q2. However it appears that a possible release date for the HTC One X has now been revealed.

According to the guys over at Ubergizmo, the HTC One X is being touted on Amazon UK as being released as of the 5th of April, and also potential owners of the Android Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone can pre-order the HTC One X as of right now.

If you do intend on pre-ordering the HTC One X from Amazon UK though that availability date is of course subject to change, and the smartphone will set you back a cool 529.99 quid, which according to the Ubergizmo guys is a tad higher than what Expansys is asking.

For those that just might be considering picking up the HTC One X the smartphone offers a 4.7-inch HD 720p touch screen along with an 8 megapixel rear facing auto-focus camera with smart LED flash, 1080p video recording, 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, 1.5GHz quad core Tegra 3 processor, 1GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, DLNA, WiFi, and Bluetooth 4.0, and HTC Sense 4.0, and an 1800mAh battery.

HTC has said that all the One smartphone will launch globally in April so we can expect more sellers to deliver their pricing on the Android handsets soon, and when we hear we’ll pass them along. Will you be snapping up the HTC One X as of the 5th of April if that release date turns out to be spot on.
