HTC EVO 4G LTE receives unboxing treatment

For those over in the good old US of A that might be sitting on the fence considering picking up the HTC EVO 4G LTE smartphone, which is due to to become available to purchase on Sprint on the 18th of this month, but are still in two minds whether to snap up the Android handset, perhaps a little unboxing video of the HTC EVO 4G LTE might sway your decision one way or the other.

Thus that is what we have for your viewing consideration below, an unboxing of the HTC EVO 4G LTE for Sprint, which comes our way courtesy of Aaron Baker over at Phone Dog, who unboxes the Android Ice Cream Sandwich handset whilst at the airport.

As usual, a quick spec reminder for the HTC EVO 4G LTE handset, which sports a 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor, 4.7-inch Super LCD HD display, 8-megapixel camera featuring HTC ImageSense technology along with a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. It has 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, NFC support, a 2000mAh battery and runs on Android 4.0 ICS and HTC Sense 4.0.

As mentioned above the HTC EVO 4G LTE handset is due to release on Sprint on the 18th of May and commands a reasonable price tag of $199.99 based on signing up for the usual two-year agreement.
