Kickstarter CloudPic Mobile instantly sends camera photos

If you are a photographer that uses a real camera rather than a smartphone camera to capture pictures, and believe that there should be a way of instantly send those pictures from your DSLR or digital camera to friends and family, then you might be interested in CloudPic Mobile.

CloudPic Mobile is a Kickstarter project that combines a smartphone application with a digital camera friendly Bluetooth 4.0 device, and will work with both Android and iOS devices to wirelessly send HD video and high quality photos instantly to Dropbox or your preferred cloud service.

CloudPic is a Bluetooth 4.0 enabled adaptor that requires a miniUSB port that is standard on numerous digital cameras including the likes of Sony, Nikon and Canon, and due to using Bluetooth 4.0 transfer rates will be 27mbps.

Apparently all photos and videos are saved into an album where the user can seamlessly upload them to their favourite social networking website, and share with family and friends.

The ClooudPic Mobile Kickstarter project is currently looking for funding to the tune of $20,000 to get off the ground, and thus far has seen pledges of $2,716, with just 22-days to run, so if you would love to see the CloudPic Mobile project become a reality you can make a pledge by hitting up Kickstarter.
