NetBlender has officially announced their latest innovation the BD Touch which brings together the Apple iPhone Apple iPod Touch and Blu-ray’s BD-Live net connection which has the potential to allow combinations such as transferring copies of a movie to your Apple iPhone directly via the disc menu, using your iPhone as a remote, and viewing fan content in sync with a movie.
So, 3D motion sensitivity, goelocation, predictive keyboard and multi-touch could be part of a favourite movie when developers make it all happen of course. The disc authoring tool is built into NetBlender’s DoStudio software while two iPhone SDK’s are available, (the iPhone Connect SDK is free while the Premier Blend/in SDK brings functionality but will need licensing and certification.
Couple of videos for you to view and enjoy that will explain it better.
