How to stop your Apple iPhone 3GS from overheating

Recently we posted an article on the Apple iPhone 3GS overheating and discolouring the white version, which can be located here.

Well, according to an article over at PC World, Apple has now published a set of guidelines to help iPhone 3GS owners keep their iPhone 3GS running at optimum temperatures and thus prevent the overheating problems.

Basically Apple says iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS owners should use their handset in temps between 32 and 95 degrees Fahrenheit, and should be stored in temps between -4 and 113 degrees Fahrenheit. Thus, don’t leave the iPhone in a hot vehicle during a hot day, or in direct sunlight, and avoid intensive apps such as streaming media apps and GPS for extended times.
