Teleco company PT Excelcomindo Pratama of Indonesia is planning on upgrading the BlackBerry bandwidth by in the region of 50% directly to the Research In Motion server in Canada reports vivanews.

According to XL President Director Hasnul Suhaemi, the capacity of direcdt BlackBerry bandwidth to the Research In Motion server is currently about 45 Mbps over the next 2 weeks it will be upgraded to 65 Mbps.

XL BlackBerry has reach in the region of some 135,000 customers and claims to be the largest in Indonesia when compared to Telkomsel and Indosat
