Samsung i7500 Galaxy new firmware update

Samsung has now pushed out an updated firmware for their first Android platform handset, the Samsung i7500 Galaxy, although this isn’t the first software update for the Galaxy since its release reports softpedia.

The new firmware update fixes several glitches and bugs found in the previous update to the Samsung i7500 Galaxy and also brings a range of stability improvements and improved battery life.

The new firmware also features a new app known as “switchers,” which apparently enables the user to switch on and off the GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi and auto-sync functions via the programs menu without the need to enter system settings.
