The Palm Pre webOS has just gained an update as Palm release webOS 1.2.0 which includes numerous improvements and several bug fixes states an article on i4u.

The new Palm WebOS 1.2.0 features Palm Synergy now with LinkedIn contact syncing, email keyword filter, file download in browser, support for heterogeneous EAS policies, podcast pause and resume, app purchasing, and Amazon MP3 Store access over 3G and WiFi.

Palm Pre users can expect the webOS 1.2.0 update to hit over the air within the next few days, and there is no word if webOS 1.2.0 brings access to iTunes again, but that is now probably dead in the water anyway.
