Samsung M8400 Sporting WiBro available in South Korea

Apparently South Korea’s KT and Samsung have now announced the availability of the WiBro packing Samsung M8400 handset which is a 3W handset with the 3W meaning that the Samsung M8400 supports WiFi, WCDMA and South Korea’s homegrown WiMAX tech WiBro reports unwired view.

Other specs on the Samsung M8400 handset are a 3.7 inch WVGA AMOLED touch screen, a 5 megapixel camera, 800 MHz processor, Windows Mobile OS, access to KT’s SHOW App Store, and microSD expansion, and access to 10,000 hotspots for a year.

If you are over South Korea way apparently the Samsung M8440 mobile phone is already shipping in the corporate sector and should be available to the general consumer sometime in December, although currently there is no word on any pricing.
