Androids overwhelm CES 2010 showing their best

If you were to think that the Consumer Electronics Show is overwhelming you couldn’t be more correct and that would be an understatement.

Over 20,000 new products have been launched from flashy 3D televisions, super ultra thin plasma screens, the latest e-readers and of course not forgetting some new Android phones.

Google and HTC stole the show really though with the launch of the very much talked about Google Nexus One. It is said that the Google Nexus One will revolutionise the way Americans but a handset. This is being sold online and SIM – free.

At the moment though the GSM phone just works on two US networks AT&T and T-Mobile. There are plans that Verizon Wireless will carry the phone sometime later this the year. The Google Nexus One runs on Éclair OS version 2.1 the latest Android software. Source – telecomtv.com
