Another BlackBerry OS official release is now available for the BlackBerry Tour 9630 smartphone and comes from Alltel and is OS 5.0.0.419 reports an article over on crackberry.

However, it appears that Verizon still hasn’t got round to rolling out their official OS 5.0.0.419 to their BlackBerry Tour 9630, which seems kind of strange as Verizon acquired Alltel so just why they haven’t released the OS update across both carriers isn’t known.

Still, at least Alltel BlackBerry Tour 9630 owners can now grab the official OS 5.0.0.419 update while Verizon customers are still left waiting.

Of course as this is an official release of OS 5.0.0.419 for the BlackBerry Tour 9630 we can dispense with out usual disclaimer.
