Seems the guys over at Opera Software are cruising along with Opera Mini 5 as according to an article over on crackberry, Opera Software has now announced that their Opera Mini 5 browser is out of beta and can be used by any mobile phone.

Opera Mini 5 final version has been made available to download along with the final version of Opera Mobile 10, and those who wish to download either can do so by hitting up m.opera.com/

Opera Software’ press release states that with Opera Mini 5 and Opera Mobile 10 they have emphasised speed, data saving and desktop-like functionality in the mobile browsers with such features as password manager, tabbed browsing and Speed Dial.
