iPhone OS 4.0 Beta 3 now Released

For all you eager iPhone developers out their in iPhone land the word is out that Apple has now released its third beta of the iPhone OS 4.0 along with the SDK reports an article over on Apple’s present favourite leakage site, Gizmodo.

Unfortunately there isn’t any word on what has changed with iPhone OS 4.0 Beta 3 from the pervious release however if you are a registered iPhone Developer with the iPhone Dev Centre you can now download the latest release from here.

However if you aren’t a registered iPhone developer then like everyone else you’ll simple just have to wait until Apple is good and ready to go public with iPhone OS 4.0 which is expected to be released later this summer.

That’s about it no more to be said other than if you do download iPhone OS 4.0 beta 3 and find anything new and feel like sharing then drop us a comment in the area below.

Camera works – background colour to folders has changed. New setting for Spotlight search now in Settings. Generally runs smoother. Worthy update.
