First off we have to say that although this illustration is purportedly of the Windows Phone 7 packing HTC HD7 smartphone, there is no way of knowing if it actually and official HTC document, so should be taken with a pinch of salt for now.

According to an article over on Engadget by Vlad Savov, the illustration comes by way of a tipster for WMPoweruser; apparently the same tipster who delivered the HTC Mozart video footage the other day so could possibly be legit.

If true, then what the image tells us is that the HTC HD7 looks to sport a dual LED flash along with a dedicated camera button and a microUSB port at the bottom which is identical to the HTC Desire HD and HTC HD2.

Obviously the device is a Windows Phone 7 handset, but any real detail about specs, release date and pricing remains unavailable but who knows, perhaps the HTC HD7 is one of the Windows Phone 7 smartphones rumoured to be being launched next month by HTC.
