BlackBerry Bold 9900 Now Available From Carphone Warehouse

For the BlackBerry faithful over here in the United Kingdom who may have been waiting to pick up the BlackBerry Bold 9900, you just might like to know that the Carphone Warehouse has now made the Research In Motion smartphone available to purchase.

The Carphone Warehouse is offering the BlackBerry Bold 9900 on pay monthly on O2, Vodafone and Orange with O2 offering the lowest priced tariff, which is you can get the BlackBerry Bold 9900 as a free smartphone for £31 per month over a two-year term for which you receive 600 minutes and unlimited texts, but no internet.

However, if you need Internet access O2 offers a slightly higher priced tariff at £32 per month again over two-years for which you still get the BlackBerry handset for free along with 300 minutes, unlimited texts and 500MB data.

The lowest price for gaining the BlackBerry Bold 9900 from Vodafone is £36 per month based on a two-year agreement for which you get a free handset, 600 minutes, unlimited texts and 500MB of data. However, it appears that Vodafone also offers the BlackBerry Bold 9900 for the same £36 per month over a two-year term with 1000 minutes, unlimited texts and 500MB data, so unless it is a misprint this would be the better option for your £36.

When it comes to Orange, you can have the BlackBerry Bold 9900 for free for £36 per month on a two-year term for which you get 700 minutes, unlimited texts and 500MB data, or if you prefer 600 minutes, unlimited texts and 750MB data.

The BlackBerry Bold 9900 offers the user a 2.8-inch touch screen, QWERTY keyboard, 5 megapixel auto-focus camera with LED flash and 720p video, 1.2GHz processor, BlackBerry OS 7, 768MB RAM, 8GB internal storage, microSD expansion up to 32GB and is apparently the thinnest BlackBerry ever at 10.5mm.
