Windows have been the leading platform for desktop, laptops and now smart phones. The latest advancement of technology of the Microsoft arena is the Windows 8 operating system and today we would like to talk about a few apps.

    I had to run this article past the WP8 users I know, and we all wonder where the author got their information from.

    Apart from the fact that IE10, Xbox Smartglass and NFC comes as standard on most phones, I’m not even sure how they could be included as an “app”. As Nook isn’t available in all regions, what makes it better than Amazon Kindle which is more widely available?

    I don’t get the impression that the person who wrote this has used a WP8 device much, if at all.
