Samsung Galaxy S6 price and storage detailed before launch

#

Samsung rolled out the virtual carpet yesterday when the first invitations for Samsung Unpacked 2015 showed up online. They told us a lot without really showing us anything, and now we’re getting word of what may be the Samsung Galaxy S6 price in Europe.

AndroidPit is reporting that the Samsung Galaxy S6 price will start at €749… for the 32GB model. The 64GB Samsung Galaxy S6 will be $100 more at €849 while the 128GB Galaxy S6 will go for €949. The Samsung Galaxy S Edge will follow a similar pricing path starting at €849 and going up to a whopping €1,049 for the 128GB model. That’s around $1,189 in the states, which is a lot of money to drop for a smartphone.

The rumored price for the Samsung Galaxy S6 may seem high, but it’s about what we expect for the unlocked price. That’s if it sees the upgrades we’ve covered so much over the past few months, which means it should have a QHD display, metal chassis, and an updated camera. As for the Galaxy S Edge price — we knew it would be pricey just like the Note Edge.

Keep in mind, the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S Edge prices are not official, so there’s no need to take out a loan before they handsets are shown off next month. Prices will vary by carrier as well, and depending on your locale, you should be able to get a deep discount on both devices with a new 2-year deal.

What do you think the perfect price would be for the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S Edge?
