The Xiaomi Mi 4i arrived for sale in India a few months ago in the white colour option. This was followed by a dark grey choice that became available in June. Now we have news of Xiaomi Mi 4i new limited edition colours for India, and this is likely to make this already well-liked smartphone even more popular.

The launch event for Xiaomi’s MIUI 7 has also brought news of the extra colour choices, and from August 25th buyers will also be able to get their hands on limited edition blue, yellow, and pink versions of the Xiaomi Mi 4i. They will be available exclusively through mi.com/in with a price of Rs. 12,999.

To refresh you on specifications the Xiaomi Mi 4i packs a Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor (four cores at 1.7GHz and four at 1GHz), Adreno 405 graphics, and a 5-inch IPS LCD Full HD resolution display at 1920 x 1080. It has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory (non-expandable), and also comes as a 32GB variant.

The dual SIM handset has a 13-megapixel rear camera with autofocus, dual-LED flash, and 1080p video capture, as well as a 5-meapixel front-facing snapper. Rounding things off is a non-removable 3120 mAh battery, and the phone supports 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, WiFi Direct, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, and microUSB 2.0 with USB Host.
