Skype $9.95-month including unlimited international calls

Skype is to introduce a new unlimited monthly plan this coming Monday which will bring unlimited international calls according to AP. Unlimited call to Canada and the US have been available at a cost of $3.00, this new plan will cost $9.95 monthly and will cover unlimited calls to up to 34 international countries.

According to AP’s report the new plan will take in most of Europe along with Malaysia, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, China, Chile, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada. Unlimited calls will be available to traditional landlines, however unlimited calls to mobile handsets will only apply to Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Canada and the United States. Further details should become available when the official announcement is made on Monday.
