Palm Pre Release: iPhone Carrier AT&T Stockpiling Ammo

Seeing as we are all getting ready for the Palm Pre release it seems and according to Techspot that the exclusive iPhone carriers AT&T is apparently stockpiling ammo for the Apple iPhone Vs Palm Pre skirmish.

AT&T has apparently put out an internal document that details the comparisons between the Palm Pre and the Apple iPhone, apparently the Palm Pre has been branded a paper weight. There is more readers; apparently the Palm Pre’s touch screen control gestures aren’t intuitive and that the iPhone has packed a patented multi-touch screen with fast and responsive navigation, can the Palm Pre be popular then?

The Palm Pre is being battered to pieces here and the Pre lacks access to AT&T’s Wi-Fi hotspots because it has “limited” free Wi-Fi access. The iphone is thinner and lighter, the list goes on and we say read more over on techspot, please comment below as we would love to read what you are thinking.

When companies start comparing and/or preparing themselves for the “lackluster” products of their competitors it really makes me think the product must be pretty good. For AT&T to even be concering themselves with the Palm Pre makes me think the Palm Pre must be pretty damn good!

Would the PRE come out already? I have Sprint, and I am very excited about it. I also am a long time Mac girl, but I really need the ability to tether my phone as modem, and the iPhone cannot do that without hacking. I am NOT interested in hacking into my phone. I look forward to the iPhone being offered to all the mobile companies in the future. I have never liked AT&T.

You are right andre Apple hasn’t ever actually got on the offensive about any of there other competitiors, but the palm pre must be pretty good for them to actually feel the need to convince their employees they have a better product.
