BlackBerry Curve 8520 Announced by AT&T
Over the past few weeks there has been quite a lot of hype and attention been given to the likes of the BlackBerry Bold 9700 and before that the BlackBerry Storm 2 smartphones and one tends to forget about the likes of the BlackBerry Curve 85xx series which is also heading out to carriers.
According to an article over on Crackberry
, Sprint and Verizon Wireless will both be gaining the BlackBerry Curve 8530 and now AT&T has announced the BlackBerry Curve 8520 smartphone will become available “in the coming weeks.”
The BlackBerry Curve 8520 will be the latest handset to hit the AT&T network and carries the same specifications at its other siblings and will command a price tag of $99.99 after a mail in rebate and based on signing a two year contract with AT&T.
The vice president, Mobile Phone Portfolio, AT&T Mobility and Consumer Markets, Michael Woodward said in a statement, that AT&T was the first choice for BlackBerry in the US, and AT&T will continue to expand their offering of BlackBerry products.
