LG Shine 2 and BlackBerry Curve 8520 heading for AT&T

The word according to an article over on engadget mobile is that the Research In Motion BlackBerry Curve 8520 has now moved onto AT&T and apparently will hit in the “coming weeks” and will command a price tag of $99 after rebate of course.

Other news on the AT&T front is back in August the successor to the popular LG Shine was spotted and destined for AT&T; well apparently the handset has now become the Shine 2 for AT&T and is official.

The AT&T branded LG Shine 2 packs a mirror finish 2.2 inch LCD, 3.6Mbps HSDPA, a 2 megapixel camera, and microSD expansion slot for up to 16GB. The Shine II should be available as of the 22nd of November and will command a price tag of $119.99 on contract and after rebate.

Lastly, the BlackBerry Bold 9700 smartphone also hits AT&T on the 22nd of November so no doubt AT&T network BlackBerry lovers will have a choice to make between the two.
