If you area business customer on AT&T with a BlackBerry Bold 9700 smartphone you may well be pleased to know that Research In Motion has now posted the operating system 5.0.0.296 download for your BlackBerry Bold 9700 handset reports Crackberry.

It does look like AT&T is somewhat lagging behind in the BlackBerry OS version stakes as T-Mobile has already launched OS.0.0.344 and Rogers has launched OS 5.0.0.321, and Research In Motion is already ahead of the game with the current being OS 5.0.0.351 and higher.

The BlackBerry Bold 9700 is the latest Blackberry out of Research In Motion and sports a 2.44 inch display, full QWERTY keyboard, optical trackpad, 3.15 megapixel camera with auto-focus and flash, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, 3.5mm jack and microSD expansion.

Having said that, if you do own an AT&T BlackBerry Bold 9700 and feel the need to reload the OS then the files to do so are now available for download.
