Video: Nokia Goes Environmentally Friendly in China

We have a video for your viewing pleasure which although isn’t exactly about mobile phones as such, does show that Nokia is doing their bit for the environment by recycling Nokia mobile phones and other things such as building environmentally friendly buildings.

In the video which can be viewed below courtesy of the guys over at daily mobile, we get to learn a little bit about the Nokia Beijing campus that has been constructed with sustainability in mind and has been constructed with more than 10 percent recyclable materials.

A curtain of double glass keeps the temperature inside the building at a constant temperature thus cutting down on heating costs, natural lighting cuts electricity costs, even where the campus is located has been done with cost cutting in mind.

Nokia doesn’t stop with the building though, as they have introduced a mobile phone recycling program in 700 Chinese cities. Anyway hit up the video below and check it out for yourselves.
