Microsoft Windows Phone 7 Games and Apps List

You are probably aware that Microsoft has made a big thing with mobile app developers over their Windows Phone 7 operating system, which means there should be thousands of application becoming available to Windows Phone 7 in the not too distant future.

So with this in mind, Chris Ziegler over at Engaget has put together a Windows Phone 7 launch day apps roundup which lets us know what games and apps will become available to Windows Phone 7 devices and goes like this…

On the games front there is familiar oldies such as Tetris and The Sims 3, Need for Speed, and Monopoly all from EA games and then there’s ilomilo from Southend Interactive.

On the media front there is Slacker, Netflix, T-Mobile TV, AT&T U-verse Mobile, and IMDb, while on the commerce side there is eBay and Fandango, and when it comes to social there is of course the Twitter app, a video of which can be viewed (here).

You can check out the low down on all the above by nipping over to Engadget and reading what Chris has to say about those app you don’t already know about, and of course if you happen to know of any other Windows Phone 7 app feel free to shout out in our comments area below.
