Apple iPad 2 Release Date Outed by Sir Elton John

Apparently pop icon Sir Elton John is privy to the inner working of Apple and has knowledge of release dates for Apple gear, namely the next generation Apple iPad, as apparently the singer publicly outed the release date for the Apple iPad 2.

According to an article over on Reghardware, they have received several emails from readers, which state that Sir Elton John has claimed the next generation Apple iPad will be on sale sometime in April.

Apparently Sir Elton was a guest on the BBC’s breakfast show yesterday morning and apparently made the statement although at the moment there is no way of confirming it, but word has it Sir Elton wants an Apple iPad 2 so he can use Skype.

Rumour has it that when the Apple iPad 2 hits the public arena it will sport a web cam thus enabling people to Skype from the device. However unless Sir Elton has been holding hands with someone at Apple his prophesied Apple iPad 2 release is probably just guesswork much the same as everyone else has been doing.

Still at this stage in the guessing game, April doesn’t sound too far-fetched for the release of the Apple iPad 2 does it?

  1. Ashley says:

Do people not understand that Elton John could be looking at the rumors too. Everyone is saying March or April, so he could just be going along with the rumors.

  2. Nothing beats the original tablet. No matter how hard they try, Apple has already proven itself time and time again. Xoom is an overrated product that soon will lose its charm once iPad 2 has been released. I can’t wait to have this device. I know all of you feel the same way!
