Android Motorola Atrix 2 Handled on Video

If you are one of the Android faithful over in the good old US of A and pondering on whether to snap up the successor to the Motorola Atrix, aptly named the Motorola Atrix 2, perhaps a nice hands on video with the Android smartphone may help you come to a decision, so that’s what we have for your viewing consideration below.

The Motorola Atrix 2 hands-on video comes our way courtesy of the guys over at Phone Arena and delivers a two and a half minute close up look at the device that when it becomes available will be offered at an attractive price point of $99.99.

The Motorola Atrix 2 sports a larger display than the original, packing a 4.3-inch qHD and the guys say they are “enthralled by its luscious looking deep and vibrant color production, and it helps that it’s able to captivate our eyes from a good distance.”

Build wise the guys say on a whole they like the Atrix 2 build and design and retains the plastic housing to keep the weight down, but does have rubbery surfaces for delivering a good firm grip.

As not to spoil your viewing enjoyment of the hands-on video, I’ll leave you with a specs rundown of the Motorola Atrix 2 so you can head on down and mash that play button to check out the hands-on footage, or you can read the written version over on the Phone Arena website.

So those specs are besides that touch screen, an 8 megapixel auto-focus camera with LED flash, front facing camera, 1080p HD video, 1GHz dual core TI OMAP processor, 8GB memory, WiFi, Bluetooth, HDMI, DNLA, 3.5mm jack and runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread.

That $99.99 price tag for the Motorola Atrix 2 from AT&T is of course based on signing up for the usual two-year contract…enjoy the video.
