Auto Trader app arrives for Windows Phone


Auto Trader, the number one digital marketplace for buying and selling new and used cars, has launched a new smartphone app available to download from today on Windows Phone.

Auto Trader has teamed up with Microsoft to expand its mobile offering and provide a brand new Auto Trader search experience for Windows Phone users – enabling users to search Auto Trader’s extensive stock.

The app’s key features include:
– Tiles: Exclusively available to Windows Phone, the live tile feature allows users to pin saved cars to their home screen, ensuring Auto Trader is front of mind
– My Garage: Users can save vehicles of interest and frequently run searches to the handy ‘My Garage’ area, which can be accessed at a later date using any device on any platform
– Car Dealers: Using Nokia maps, users can locate car dealers and search for directions
– Tap + Send: Also exclusive to Windows Phone, Tap + Send allows users to transfer saved cars and searches between two devices, simply by tapping them together
