BlackBerry in White launched by RIM

Research in Motion have just launched their first ever White BlackBerry which will let you stand out in that crowd. The company claims it has a new sleek and elegant Bold 9700 design, which compliments the existing chrome frame.

For those that are not familiar which the Smartphone you’ll be pleased to know that is features support for 3G networks has built in GPS, Wi-Fi and also a 3.2 megapixel camera.

The white BlackBerry will be available from Carphone Warehouse and T Mobile on particular tariffs. RIM have been contacted and asked whether or not other devices would become available in non black casings in the future but sadly they haven’t replied yet.

RIM have recently shown a revenue growth of 35% to $51bn up from $11bn last year. They also saw their customer subscriber base increase by 65% over the year and they are obviously hoping that the new colour is going to appeal to all customers new and old.
