Micromax A120 Canvas HD Pro June arrival for India and price
If you’re in India and a fan of Micromax devices then we have some interesting news today with a price and rumored release date for the Micromax A120 Canvas HD smartphone. This is a natural competitor to Samsung’s Galaxy Note 2 and the LG Optimus G and the launch is not too far away.
The A116 Canvas HD proved to be a popular phone and the A120 Canvas HD is its successor so it should find plenty of buyers. A release date is speculated for June 30 and the price is said to be around Rs. 20,000 (around $370/ £240).
Specs of the Micromax A120 Canvas HD Pro include a quad-core Cortex A7 processor, PowerVR Series 5XT graphics, a 5.5-inch full HD display with 1920 x 1080 resolution, 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. Although the latter is a drawback the storage is expandable via microSD up to 64GB so it shouldn’t be too much of a problem.
Other specs for this phone include a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash and a 3.2-megapixel front-facing camera. As well as all this the phone has a very decent sized battery at 3000 mAh battery, Wi-Fi, 3G and GSM and the device runs the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system. It’s also a dual SIM device and for those who like the phablet sized kind of smartphone this Micromax offering could be an excellent choice.
