Oppo Find 7 benchmarks provide surprising results

#

A few days ago the Oppo Find 7 was officially announced with its two different versions that will be available to purchase in April, and now some Oppo Find 7 benchmarks have appeared that provide some surprising results.

In our article last week we gave you the main differences between the Standard and Premium versions of the Oppo Find 7, with both versions set to become available next month. Now a Basemark benchmark test has appeared that shows the Standard model achieved a score of 61.19, which compares to the Premium version that came back with 59.61.

The lower cost model has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 CPU with 2GB of RAM running a Full HD 5.5 display, while the Premium model uses the Snapdragon 801 chip with 3GB of RAM powering a 1440 x 2560 QHD resolution of the same size.

It is thought that this higher number pixel resolution is the reason for this slightly lower score on the Premium Oppo Find 7. There have also been some differences in the image taking of both models as well, with the QHD model provided much colder colours while the Standard version providing warmer tones.
