With the launch of the iPhone on Vodafone UK only a matter of days away it appears Vodafone is looking to keep interest in the iPhone with an extension to their iPhone pre-order promotion.

According to an article over on 3g, Vodafone has been running a promotion whereby if you pre-order the iPhone you will receive free Vodafone to Vodafone calls and was due to end the promo at the end of 09.

Well apparently Vodafone has decided to extend that iPhone pre-order promotion so if you still pre-order the iPhone you will gain free Vodafone to Vodafone calls which apparently will be for the duration of your contract.

Vodafone UK is hoping the promo of free calls along with free texts on all but the cheapest iPhone tariff will draw customers away from Orange and O2 to their network.
