According to an article over on Softpedia by Ionut Arghire, Sprint has now officially announced the availability of the white version of the 4G enabled WiMAX surfing HTC EVO 4G handset.

The white HTC EVO 4G will be available to purchase through all Sprint retail, telesales and business channels including retail partners Best Buy and Radio Shack and also online at Sprint.

Price wise the Android 2.2 Froyo packing white HTC EVO 4G is offered by Sprint for $199.99 after a $100 mail in rebate and based on signing a 2 year agreement and also as an upgrade for existing Sprint customers. So anyone looking to snap up the EVO 4G in white?
