Xolo Black Review with value for money verdict
The Xolo Black smartphone launched in India in July with a price tag of Rs. 12,999. It has plenty to offer for that price and is a hybrid dual SIM device that enables the second SIM slot to be used for microSD. If you’re considering buying this phone, a video review can be a useful way of finding out more and getting a closer look. That’s why we’re sharing a video showing a Xolo Black review.
We’ve already reported on the Xolo Black on several occasions, including a recent gaming performance review and also a look at benchmarks and how they compare with numerous other handsets. This time we’re concentrating on a general Xolo Black review, and the YouTube video that we’ve embedded below comes from Fone Arena. It packs a lot into the 6-minute review and gives some useful insight.
As a refresher of key specs we’ll tell you that the Xolo Black has a Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor, Adreno 405 GPU, and 5.5-inch display with Full HD resolution. There’s 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage (expandable), and a 3200 mAh battery. It has a dual rear camera set-up with 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensors, plus a 5-megapixel front-facing snapper. The Black phone runs the Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system with Xolo’s HIVE Atlas UI.
After a brief introduction the Xolo Black review video aims to find out whether the phone lives up to expectations. It kicks off by looking at the design and build, giving an opportunity for some close-up looks from all angles. There’s a tour around the handset and the review goes on to cover plenty of aspects of the phone, including camera capabilities, the software experience, performance, battery life, and more.
At the conclusion of the Xolo Black review you’ll hear a summary of some of the benefits (and negatives) of this phone, but overall it’s felt that it offers good value for money and has an interesting feature set. When you’ve taken a look at the review video we’d be really interested to hear your thoughts. Will you be making the Xolo Black your next smartphone purchase?
