iPhone 4 Free Bumper Case Ends on 30th
Due to the uproar over the iPhone 4 antenna issue, Apple conceded and offered a free iphone 4 bumper case to quell the enraged iPhone masses, we all know how the story when and now that particular temporary fix to the issue is coming to an end.
According to an article over on Gizmodo by Kyle VanHemert, Apple will end the bumper case giveaway as of the 30th of September with the text on the Apple iPhone 4 Case Program has now changed to…
“We now know that the iPhone 4 antenna attenuation issue is even smaller than we originally thought. A small percentage of iPhone 4 users need a case, and we want to continue providing them a Bumper case for free. For everyone else, we are discontinuing the free case program on all iPhone 4s sold after September 30, 2010. We are also returning to our normal returns policy for all iPhone 4s sold after September 30. Users experiencing antenna issues should call AppleCare to request a free Bumper case.”
However apparently if you complain loud enough you’ll get a free bumper case, although how they know that the issue was smaller than they originally though if they gave away a bumper case to everyone is beyond me, and what about future purchases of the iPhone 4 as it will still have the antenna issue? Now if only they could release the white iPhone 4.

The iPhone antenna issue was really not that big as it was initially portrayed.But thinking about the iPhone users who are facing problems, its good on the company's part to greet them with a free case.
Last time I checked the wait for an iphone4 was 3 weeks and the least that you will have to pay is $199.99, Apple has offered free bumper cases or your choice of another case, and has dropped it's 10% return policy during this period. . Stop your bitching and go out an buy one of the 40 android phones .
Keep trying to make your readers believe that no ones knows when the white iphone will be availabe, Once again, you are biase against Apple. Apple has stated in 2 news conferences that the white iphone will be available in Dec.
It's funny how I didn't see you telling your readers how it's still almost impossible to get the HTC 4G, or how Verizon came it short with the Droid X an kept pusing out the available date almost every week, but like I said you have a real bias when it comes to Apple. You don't have to love or hate any company, but you need to leave your opinons out of your reporting and be fair to all, but I don't think that you know how to do that because you keep posting the same crap over and over.
