Smartphone enthusiasts in India already have a vast array of handsets available and now ZTE has added a new one to the list. The ZTE V5 has just been launched in India and we have price and specs details of this phone coming right up.

The ZTE V5 is priced at Rs. 10,999 so it’s an affordable device. It comes in a white color at 8.9mm thick and packs some decent specs. These include a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor with Adreno 305 graphics, and a 5-inch IPS OGS display with resolution of 1280 x 720 featuring Dragontrail Glass.

The Dual SIM phone has 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage that’s expandable via microSD to 32GB, and a 2400 mAh battery. Connectivity is taken care of with 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS, and the phone runs the Android 4.4 operating system skinned with the Nubia 2.0 UI.

The camera set-up consists of a 13-megapixel rear camera with autofocus, LED flash, 5-element lens, f/2.2 aperture and Sony EXMOR RS sensor. It also has a 5-megapixel front-facing selfie snapper with BSI sensor and 88-degree wide-angle lens, so will appeal to those who enjoy smartphone photography.
